Sci_Art Kelowna 

SCI_ART Kelowna 2025 brought together twelve artists, scientists, and researchers from eight countries, each with a distinct practice, a different set of questions, and a shared belief that art and science are stronger together.
From feminist biotechnology to mixed reality, from ecological glass to temporal imagination, the speakers at SCI_ART 2025 represent some of the most compelling interdisciplinary work happening today.

Their practice explores how systems of image-making and knowledge production shape the very environments they seek to describe. Works through installations, films, and cross-disciplinary strategies interweaving geopolitical, ecological, and technological analysis. Received the Outstanding Artist Award from the Austrian Ministry of Arts and Culture (2024); represented Austria at the 24th Triennale Milano International Exhibition (2025).
